Role Overview:

- As the Senior Product Manager Growth at Signeasy, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a product-centric approach.

- You will be responsible for building and optimizing the user journey, ensuring that every interaction with our product contributes to growth.

- Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that leverage the product as the primary driver of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- PLG Strategy: Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that drives user acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Identify and leverage key growth levers within the product experience.

- User Journey Optimization: Analyze and optimize every user journey stage, from onboarding to activation to long-term engagement.

- Implement changes that reduce friction, increase conversion rates, and enhance user satisfaction.

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of product changes.

- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of PLG initiatives.

- Align growth objectives with overall business goals.

- Customer Feedback & Insights: Engage with users to gather insights and feedback.

- Use this information to refine the product experience and inform growth strategies.

- Adoption & Engagement: Own feature adoption, influence engagement with life-cycle emailers, and influence cross-platform adoption (integration/mobile) to influence conversion and retention.

- Retention & Monetization: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value.

- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and monetization within the product.

- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product-led growth initiatives.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the success of growth efforts.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product managers, data team, and other team members.

- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:.

- Experience: 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience, focusing on product-led growth.

- 6-8 years of overall experience in IT.

- Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.

- PLG Expertise: Deep understanding of product-led growth principles and tactics.

- Proven track record of driving growth through a product-centric approach.

- Experimental Mindset: Proven ability to design, execute, and iterate on experiments, using data-driven insights to drive product growth and innovation.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.

- Experience with analytics and growth tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other growth experimentation methods.

- User-Centric Mindset: Passionate about understanding and solving user problems.

- Ability to translate user needs into actionable product features that drive growth.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Clearly articulate growth strategies and product vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
