Job Description

What are we looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MuleSoft Developer with 1-3 years of experience, focusing on Enterprise Service Bus integration for an existing legacy approach used in the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Mule 3.0x and/or 4.0x, DataWeave, RAML, and API-led connectivity to support integration needs across the business.
What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop enterprise applications, leveraging MuleSoft to enable data integration and seamless communication across systems.
- Migrate legacy applications from Mule 2.0 to 3.0 and from 3.0 to 4.0, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact.
- Develop and implement data transformation and mapping solutions using DataWeave.
- Configure API specifications and develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs using RAML and OpenAPI standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues and support maintenance of existing integrations.
- Utilize source control management tools such as SVN and GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
- Work on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration to connect various applications and services within the organization.
- Document technical specifications and integration processes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Participate in Agile methodologies and sprint planning activities.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft, particularly with Mule 3.x and Mule 4.x, and the Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager).
- Proficiency in DataWeave 1.0 and 2.0 for complex data mapping and transformation.
- Experience with migration of legacy applications from Mule 2.0x to 3.0x and 3.0x to 4.0x.
- Strong knowledge of DataWeave for data transformation and experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Familiarity with API design using RAML or OpenAPI (Swagger).
- Understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and security practices (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 or higher) is a plus.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration and working with legacy systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
