Location: Mumbai : Work from Office (IMMEDIATE JOINER).

Experience Level: 4 years of proven experience in programmatic media buying or a similar role.

Job Summary:

- As a Programmatic Manager at CIFDAQ, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic media buying strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working experience in Agency, Trading Desks or Programmatic Tech Partners.

- Actual Campaign execution experience with most of the local programmatic players as well as measurement providers.

- Familiar with DSP and exchange revenue streams and be able to negotiate trading benefits.

- Existing relationships with publishers, programmatic product partners, as well as data providers in the local market.

- Knowledge of different programmatic trading models and their implications to both advertiser's inventory quality and publisher monetization strategies.

- Being able to articulate difficult technical concepts to non-technical people such as explaining lookalike modeling and cookie mapping to the lay person.

- Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of programmatic media strategies across various platforms (DSPs).

- Manage the end-to-end campaign process including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting to ensure performance goals are met.

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance campaign performance and achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA,ROAS and CTR.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic media specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the team.

- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, delivering campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

The Successful Applicant :

- Previous experience in managing DSP campaigns.

- Experience in delivery and optimization.

- Working knowledge of tracking platforms MMPs, Data Visualization tools.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- ttention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
