Business Development Manager - Colocation (BFSI Sector) - West

Role & responsibilities

PNL Management: Oversee and manage PNL for the colocation business in the BFSI sector. Develop strategies to achieve financial targets.

Strategic Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Deal Management: Drive large deals from initiation to closure. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure deal success

Sales Support: Provide strategic support to the sales team. Assist in creating sales pitches and presentations.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in business development or sales in the colocation or IT services industry.
• Proven track record of managing PNL and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the West region.
