Job Opening: L1 Network Engineer

📍 Location: Mumbai
📆 Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Troubleshoot end-user LAN issues, including NAC support
✅ Handle issues from branches & application departments
✅ Escalate complex issues to L2, L3, and NOC support teams
✅ Perform daily & scheduled backups using centralized tools

Requirements:

🎓 Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSc (IT)
📜 Certification: CCNA (Mandatory)
🔹 Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
