If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project
- Skill development - Good
Absolutely no hike linked with promotion as per policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
