Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for new factory regulative, managing financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and ensuring Ops KPI s.
- He/She will also be a trusted commercial partner to plant manager to drive operational efficiency in the new factory
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including product costing and profitability analysis. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage and optimize working capital to maintain efficient operations. Develop and implement budgets and plans to achieve financial targets of Factory.
- Optimize factory processes to improve efficiency. Develop and implement innovative systems and programs to support MFG setup in India for the Segment.
- Cost Accountant with 8-9 years of factory controlling experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross cultural teams
