Job Description
We are looking for Business Administration Executive with 4 to 5 years experience
Responsibilities:
1. Actively supervising and reporting of critical factory finance controlling activities, monthly closings, Capitalisation,GRIR, AR- AP booking, scrap selling and forecasting & reporting as required
2.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure strong follow-up across various functions.
3.Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits, cost audit, ICFR audit etc
4.Close Co-ordination with BU BA team, Factory, customer and Vendors for Advances, retention, write -offs, review of provisions , GR waivers
5.Enabling a smooth Inventory audits, handling Perpetual inventory on timely basis
6. Handling Scrap dispatches from QES to Dispatches as per EHS guidelines.
7.Drive the digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.
8. Enabling a smooth budget and planning process
Desired Skills:
You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years with bachelors degree in commerce or finance or accounting degree like B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, PGDM in Finance/CS/ICWA
Have SAP and advanced level of Excel skills will have added advantage.
Have good communication skill to deal with different stakeholders within/outside organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
