Job Description
- You deal comprehensively with the automated systems on offshore platforms to implement interfaces and complete solutions.
- Hand-on experience with PCS7, WinCC and Step 7, TIA portal.
- Has performed Automation node / HMI programming for at least five Oil & Gas / Marine / relevant automation projects using the above tools.
- Experience with Nordic SOGO library would be added advantage.
- Experience with Upgrade / Migration of offshore DCS projects is desirable.
- Coordinate with Factory / System house / Vendor for Automation Cabinet Manufacturing & Staging.
- Travelling to siemens/customer for longer durations (around 2-3 months) would be part of this role. (Domestic as we'll as International).
- You are a graduate in Instrumentation, Electrical or Automation Engineering with consistent track record and relevant experience of 8 to 10 years in Automation Engineering.
- Knowledge of C++, C#, VB Scripting, Database Management would be added advantage.
- Good communication skills, uency in English. (Written and oral)
- Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens regional offices.
