Collaborate closely with cross-functional, agile development teams to design and implement effective testing processes for an existing imaging system, based on Syngo.
Formally and informally execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Add exploratory tests on a risk based approach.
Design manual tests from requirements.
Develop automated tests.
Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required.
Identify and report software defects in a detailed and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in software testing.
Work according to a QM system, which allows audit prove releases of medical products.
Concentrate on the quality of the products by searching and documenting errors, gather information about them and discuss solutions actively.
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Medical or Life Sciences.
5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the medical product domain.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
Expertise in writing automated tests with Frameworks like NUnit.
Knowledge of frameworks for medical products like Syngo is highly preferred.
Experience in R&D organizations and agile setups like SAFe/SCRUM is preferred.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes of medical products
Software development experience in C#, C++.
Expertise in MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control systems like TFS, requirement management systems (e.g. TFS) and test automation frameworks (e.g. MF QC)
Willingness to work with multi-cultural teams and various internal (R&D, legal, procurement, export control and customs) and external stakeholders globally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business fluency in English.
