Brief: Shuraa head-quartered in Dubai is a Management Consultancy, operating for over 20 years in UAE. We serve our clients with all their business set up requirements ranging from issuance of trade license, to accounting services, legal services, recruitment and so on. This serves as a one-stop shop solution to our clients.

Over the period of time we have expanded our presence vertically as well as globally, serving our operations not limited to UAE market, but also India, UK, Amsterdam and Bangladesh.

Job Brief: Shuraa is currently hiring for its branch in Delhi, India. We are on a hunt of recruiting a dynamic Full stack Developer whose expertise are into MERN Stack. The candidate should be well versed in developing and designing front-end web architecture and back end programming, ensuring the responsiveness of applications. He/she will be required to monitor projects from conception to final output, which requires good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack and Next.js framework.
• Build robust and secure REST APIs with Node.js.
• Create SEO-optimized, high-performance web applications for an exceptional user experience.
• Develop responsive, interactive front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of web applications.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline and application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain the reliability of applications across various environments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js (or Angular).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of SEO practices and the ability to optimize applications for search engines.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control tools, primarily GitHub.
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets, Redis, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR), particularly in Next.js.
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and other modern development utilities.
• Knowledge of front-end libraries like MUI, GSAP, or PixiJS is a plus.
• knowledge of managing PHP technologies is a plus.
