HR professional ( Female Only )

• We are seeking an experienced HR professional (Female Only) to join our team in Surat, Gujarat.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management in the Textiles / Garments / Accessories industry.
• You will be responsible for managing HR functions, supporting recruitment efforts, handling employee queries, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and staffing processes.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Administer employee benefits and resolve any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain HR records and reports.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Relevant HR Qualifications (Preferred)
