- Major Crops : Tomoato, Kasoori Methi, Ginger, Drumstick,Turmeric, Sitafal, Mango
- Products : Sitafal Pulp, Mango Pulp, Cubes, Pickle, Powder (Chilli, Turmeric, Ginger, Drumstick), Electric Dry tomato slice.
- Average Production 60-80 Ton/year
- Existing Facilities : QC Lab, Electric Dryer, Cold Storage (-18 Degree), Cold Room (10-15 Degree), Custard apple Pulper, Mango Pulper and allied vessels etc, FSSAI license , Marketing Tieups.
- Seal Pack Machine
- Experience : On Hand processing experience required 3-5 years, preferably in above crops/products
- Interested in developing new products using existing/local produce of Chotaudepur District and around.
- Work Profile
- Selection of raw material Purchase at right quality/cost from local farmers
- Supervision of segregation, cleaning, drying,Maintain high level of Hygine
- Product Costing, Manufacturing, Packing, Safe Storage
- Despatch, Billing, Collection, Stock records.
