Job Summary:
KIMSHEALTH Hospital, Oman is seeking skilled and dedicated Nurses for a variety of positions, including Project Site Nurse, Shipping Project Nurse, PDO Project Nurse, and ICU Nurse. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care across different project environments, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams. All positions require a minimum of 3 years of experience and must meet Oman DataFlow verification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Site Nurse:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees at the project site, including emergency care, first aid, and general health monitoring.
- Assess health conditions and administer appropriate treatments or medications.
- Maintain accurate records of employees medical conditions and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the project site.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical intervention when necessary.
Shipping Project Nurse:
- Monitor the health and well-being of workers involved in maritime and shipping-related projects.
- Administer first aid and respond to emergencies on the project site.
- Conduct regular health check-ups for workers and maintain records.
- Educate employees on health and safety protocols, ensuring they follow necessary precautions.
- Manage medical supplies and ensure that first-aid kits are well-stocked and available at all times.
PDO Project Nurse:
- Provide healthcare services to workers at PDO project sites, ensuring that employees health is monitored regularly.
- Respond to any medical emergencies, providing immediate treatment and care.
- Document and maintain patient records, tracking treatments and patient progress.
- Ensure medical compliance with project regulations and health protocols.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities for necessary referrals and treatments.
ICU Nurse:
- Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including constant monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform necessary medical interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of all patient-related information, including conditions, treatments, and progress.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients and healthcare staff in the ICU.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Oman DataFlow verification is mandatory for all nursing roles.
- Valid and current licensure to practice nursing in Oman.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience in a relevant field (Project Site, Shipping, PDO, ICU).
- Prior experience in healthcare settings with a strong focus on patient care and emergency response.
Skills:
- Clinical Expertise: Strong nursing and clinical skills for emergency and routine care.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and project staff.
- Emergency Care: Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining patient records and medical documentation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time positions, with potential for rotating shifts depending on project needs.
- Roles will be based at various project sites, including maritime, PDO, and ICU settings.
- Nurses may be required to work in remote or specific locations based on project assignments.
Compensation:
- Project Site Nurse: > 400 OMR/month
- Shipping Project Nurse: > 650 OMR/month
- PDO Project Nurse: > 550 OMR/month
- ICU Nurse: > 400 OMR/month
