Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Mangaluru at Shriram Life Insurance.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Recuirtment of team leaders, sales officers and Customer Relationship Management skills

- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets

- Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to lead and motivate a sales team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

- Master degree in Business Administration or related field
