We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Preferably, should have knowledge on Lending Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize Python and SQL to analyze large datasets, develop statistical models, and generate actionable insights.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Query Optimization: Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency, ensuring quick and accurate data retrieval.
• Machine Learning: Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict trends and inform business strategies. Familiar with ML Algorithms like, Regression, Classification, Clustering.
• Excel Expertise: Use Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
• Very Basic Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and NLP techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the finance industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
