Develop and implement effective strategies for organising and maintaining large collections of documents.
Assist in library memberships with students and research scholars
Assist in organising workshops, lec-dems, seminars.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of all library activities.
Collaborate with academic departments to integrate library services into overall organisational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-7 years of experience in a similar role or related field (library management).
Strong understanding of digital library principles, practices, and technologies (e.g., digitisation software).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong communication skills for collaboration with colleagues across various departments.
Should be fluent in Hindi and English - Read, Write and Speak
