Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the broking industry. Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and ensure the branchs activities are in compliance with industry standards.
Technical Competencies /Skills:
Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of success.
