Role & responsibilities

Videographer Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality footage using cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
2. Set up and adjust equipment to ensure optimal video and audio quality.
3. Plan and frame shots for visually appealing compositions.
4. Direct talent or subjects to achieve desired scenes.
5. Ensure safety and proper handling of equipment during shoots.
6. Collaborate with directors, producers, and other crew members.
7. Coordinate logistics for shoots, including location, transportation, and scheduling.

Video Editor Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and edit raw footage into a final product.
2. Use editing software to cut, merge, and arrange clips.
3. Adjust audio (syncing, effects, background music) and color grade footage.
4. Add transitions, effects, and motion graphics to enhance the video.
5. Collaborate with directors to ensure the final video aligns with the creative vision.
6. Make revisions based on client or director feedback.
7. Optimize videos for delivery while maintaining quality.
8. Organize and manage video files for easy access and archiving.
