Key Responsibilities

*Asking quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages,costing to the customers

*Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transportbookings as per the Travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic mannerto optimize time slots and priority

*Communicating with suppliers & service providers

*Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound

*Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries

*Keeping track on documentation, payments

*Follow-up with customers for feedback about theirexperience of the tour and service

*Follow the set SLA and guidelines

*Meet the set target

Requirements

Skills Required

*1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similarrole

*Passionate about travel and tourism

*Proficiency in English

*Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

*Good sales skills and customer-oriented approach

*Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

*Team player

*Excellent knowledge about latest tourism trends

*Good understanding of different tourism offerings andoptions

*Good knowledge of travel software

*Great interpersonal and communication skills

*Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business orrelevant field

*Good time-management skills

*Candidates with personal experience in travelling will havean advantage
