Job Description
Building Agent and Distributor network.
o Relationship building for Agents/Distributors and Retaining them
o Our various services ?build business and give growth month on month
o Target based job
o Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
o Recommending solutions.
o Coordinate with Internal Teams for issues faced by Agents/Distributors
o Keep regular followups for Sales Leads and ensure effective closures
o Ensure maximum attached Agents/Distributors are active in system and generating revenues
Skills
o Should know to speak local language and English/Hindi
o Sales Target driver work experience for 1 year OR Fresher
o Should have bike compulsory
o Excel, word &Email skills. Data entries in sales CRM systems
o Presentable Personality
o Should have good convincing power
