Role : Technical Lead - Full stack Development/ system design / Architecture

Location : Pune, India /(Onsite)

You will spearhead the development and implementation of robust backend solutions to support our business objectives. Leveraging your extensive experience in backend technologies, architectural design, and API management, you will architect scalable systems that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You will be a hands-on leader capable of driving and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Technical Architecture: Develop and oversee technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

- API Design and Management: Specialize in designing and managing APIs that integrate seamlessly with various systems, driving operational efficiency.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of technology products aligned with business objectives.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, resolving complex technical challenges.

- Process Improvement: Enhance engineering processes for efficiency and quality. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve overall performance.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize development processes, ensuring infrastructure performance and cost efficiency.

- Cybersecurity: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across the organization. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

- Budget Management: Create and manage technology budgets, allocating resources optimally to support initiatives while maintaining financial discipline.

- Team Building: Build and grow a technically strong, business-aligned tech team.

- R&D Leadership: Lead R&D efforts for continuous innovation, experimenting with new technologies, and fostering a culture of creativity and exploration within the technology team.

What We Are Looking For :

- BE. B Tech with min7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role encompassing all aspects of engineering and product.

- Hands-On Leadership: A leader who can leverage data to enable business.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular, Node.JS, HTML5, Kotlin, Apache, Golang , postgres & AWS etc.

- Backend Expertise: Extensive experience in backend technologies and architectural design.

- API Management: Strong experience in designing and managing APIs.

- Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, with experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.

- Industry Experience: Experience in Ecom, software product , Logistics & supply chains preferred but not essential.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
