Car Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Actively engage in lead generation activities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, telemarketing, networking, social media).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the features and specifications of the car models.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration or marketing.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in car sales or a related field (e.g., sales, customer service).
