Job Title: Collection Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collection Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collections team, developing and implementing collection strategies, and ensuring that delinquency rates are minimized. If you have a proven track record in collections and a strong understanding of the NBFC industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to meet their targets.
2. Collection Strategy: Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recoveries.
3. Delinquency Management: Oversee the management of delinquent accounts, including identifying and addressing root causes of delinquency.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with collections, including reputational risk and regulatory non-compliance.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze and interpret collection data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Compliance: Ensure that all collections activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
7. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture within the collections team, ensuring that customers are treated fairly and with respect.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in collections, preferably in the NBFC industry.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the NBFC industry, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
