IT Executive/ Sr. IT Executive

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Capture the essence of the whole job in one or two sentences.

This position will be a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Executive to lead the management and optimization of our IT systems, networks, and servers. This role will also involve leading the rollout and administration of Tally Prime for seamless operations across the company. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT environment. Key deliverables of the position will be the oversee network configuration, security settings, and backups.

KEY RESPONCIBILITIES

IT Infrastructure Management:

1. Monitor and maintain the organizations IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.

2. Ensure IT infrastructure uptime and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. Oversee network configuration, security settings, and backups.

4. Manage hardware and software inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.

5. Implement IT policies and protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

6. Coordinate with external vendors for service contracts and maintenance.

Tally Prime Rollout and Administration:

1. Plan and execute the rollout of Tally Prime across departments and branches.

2. Configure and customize Tally Prime as per business needs, including setting up ledgers, cost centers, and reporting templates.

3. Provide technical support for Tally Prime users, resolving issues and conducting training sessions.

4. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

5. Generate and analyze financial and operational reports through Tally Prime.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: State formal educational level and experience required for the job . State additional professional, technical or years of experience required.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

SKILLS:

1. Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and security protocols.

2. Proficiency in Tally Prime setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

3. Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration.

4. Knowledge of cloud solutions and virtualization (preferred).
