Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Personal Shopper at Shoppers Stop. The Personal Shopper's day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills and ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Experience in fashion retail is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's degree in fashion related field is a plus
