Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual tutoring sessions for students and professionals in your area of expertise (e.g., healthcare, business, IT, finance, soft skills, language learning, exam preparation, etc.).
• Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and interactive learning modules.
• Provide personalized guidance, answering queries and supporting learners.
• Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training sessions.
• Maintain a professional and engaging online learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or training in a virtual environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create interactive and engaging content.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS systems.
• Passion for education and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in teaching or related fields.
• Experience in e-learning content creation.
• Multilingual proficiency (English + any regional language preferred).
