Senior Caregiver

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ health and behavior to the concerned medical team or family members.
• Help manage medication schedules and remind clients to take prescribed treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward people of all ages.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of first aid is desirable.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per client needs.
