Job Title : ERP Consultant/Manager

Location : Tanzania (Onsite) Contract

Duration : Minimum 6 months (Extendable)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant/Manager to join our team for a minimum 6- month contract in Tanzania. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and client requirement analysis. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify and resolve ERP-related issues, and ensure seamless system integration.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze client requirements and align ERP solutions accordingly.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.

- Customize and configure ERP systems to optimize business processes.

- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

- Ensure smooth integration with third-party applications if required.

- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance ERP functionalities.

- Maintain ERP system documentation and provide regular updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consultancy.

- Expertise in ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.

- Experience in customization, integration, and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in SQL, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

- Valid passport (required for potential contract extension).
