JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

JOB SPECIFICATION / MANDATORY CRITERIA:

- Must be a Graduate with Accounts/ Commerce Specialisation (B.com/ M. Com) from any renowned institute or collage.

-Must have 2-5 years' experience of posting of purchase entry, sales entry, ledgers entry and GST Return file no. and VAT in India and other data entry work Basic knowledge of finance and accounts is must.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Basic understanding of India's Tax and accounting laws including VAT Returns.

- Preparing Monthly and annual accounts, Liaising with Auditors.

- Maintaining and updating financial records, such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable and bank statement.

- Preparing and analysing financial statements and reports.

- Keeping the tracks of all payments and expenditures, including Purchase orders, invoices statements paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits.

- Cheque/Payment Verification, Year-end accounting and day to day accounting.
