Overview.

The Node.js Developer plays a key role in developing scalable, high-performance applications, and is essential to the successful delivery and maintenance of various software solutions.

This role is crucial in contributing to the overall architecture and development of web platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing server-side logic using Node.js.

- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Implementation of security and data protection.

- Designing and developing APIs.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

- Managing and deploying applications on cloud services.

- Integration of data storage solutions.

- Performance tuning, improvement, and security.

- Documenting code and ensuring code quality.

- Participating in code reviews and debugging.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks.

- Experience with Express.js and RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git, SVN).

- Solid understanding of server-side templating languages.

- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
