Job Details Designation : Purchase Executive

Location : Vadodara Reporting To : Purchase Manager Job Responsibilities

- Executing and supporting all the activities related to company's procurement and vendors management

- Supporting coordinating for third party services as per factory for timely availability of requirement - Supporting trade mark and patent activities as per the legal and process requirement - Coordinating with all internal teams for requirements and ensuring timely availability of material - Providing inputs for budget costing activities - Coordinating with Finance team for vendor payments as per negotiated rates - Providing inputs for cost-reduction opportunities - Coordinating for all kinds of travel requirements of all departments - Maintaining developing effective relations with vendors for timely and quality services - Ensuring timely availability of purchase related reports and data

Academic Requirements (Any one mandatory) - Masters of Supply Chain Management - Bachelors of Commerce / Administration / Supply Chain

Job Requirements - At least 3 years experience in relevant industry - Lives in or can move to Vadodara - At least 5 years of experience into manufacturing and procurement activities - Exhibit excellent oral and written communication, pressure management and team working skills - Ability and demonstrable full knowledge of vendor management - Should be a confident negotiator and have demonstrable ability to get best service in reasonable
