Accounts Assistant

Accounting in Tally Software, Income Tax, GST, TDS Calculations & Filings.

• Responsibilities:
• Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally accounting software.
• This includes recording transactions, managing ledgers, and generating reports.
• Income Tax: Assist with income tax calculations, including preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• This may involve knowledge of individual and/or corporate income tax.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax): Handle GST-related tasks, such as calculating GST liability, filing GST returns, and maintaining GST records.
• Knowledge of GST rules and regulations is essential.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable regulations.
• Prepare TDS returns and ensure timely filing.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
• Reporting: Generate financial reports as required, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Other Accounting Tasks: Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
