Job Responsibility

• Supervise all production and packing activity.
• Making production entry in SAP.
• Maintain& check production registers& all process related format.
• Ensure the FIFO system of the material is followed.
• Final visual check of product.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards as per the companys approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) within production section
• Monitoring to Supervisor work activity/ follow up in process.
• Ensure wastages as per defined standard.
• Ensure all quality parameters are strictly followed.
• Coordination with maintenance team to reduce downtime.
• Ensure RM/PM variance should be within allowed limit.

General Responsibility

• Be punctual at duty.
• Cleaning of surrounding area of workstation to be maintained.
• Do’s & Don’ts to be followed.
• Adhere to jewelry policy.
• Training & motivating the team for efficient working environment.
• Build & maintain good relations with all stake holders.
• Identify process bottlenecks & implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Taking care of quality norms.
• Coordination with supporting dept.
• Should maintain good time management.
• Don’t leave workstation without reliever’s presence.
• Always wear PPE’s provided & follow the SOP’s laid down.
• Must have to follow & implement 5S at your workplace.
• Must have to submit 1 Kaizen every month.
• Whenever factory is closed on any occasion, ensure to check your respective machines are switched off properly.
