Project Lead Aerospace Industry (Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Lead to manage end-to-end project lifecycles in the aerospace sector.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee aerospace projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements to optimize project efficiency and quality.

Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA/EASA regulations).

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of CAD, simulation, and analysis tools (e.g., CATIA, MATLAB, or ANSYS).

Expertise in systems engineering and integration processes.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master s degree is an advantage.

Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in project management within the aerospace or a related industry.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
