Able to perform tasks such as installing and updating software, configuring hardware and networking components, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the security and stability of the network. Able to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical support to users. Responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, managing backups and disaster recovery plans.
