Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Adhesives industry, strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to lead marketing initiatives that align with the company s goals
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with key clients and distributors
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize sales effectiveness
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and enhance brand visibility
Develop marketing materials, including product brochures, case studies, and digital content
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales performance
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and repeat business
Product Management: Collaborate with product development teams to understand and promote new product offerings
Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations
Sales and Marketing Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends to senior management
Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights
Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Experience Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the polymer or manufacturing industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional teams
Skills Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing, market research, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
