SHAVS TECHNOLOGIES is looking for IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within an organization
Your role will involve ensuring the secure and efficient management of user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms to protect sensitive data and systems
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access controls, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to define IAM requirements based on business needs and security policies
Integrate IAM solutions with various applications, systems, and cloud services to enable seamless and secure access management
Manage user accounts, roles, and entitlements across different platforms and directories
Configure and administer IAM tools and platforms, such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, or similar technologies
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor IAM systems for security incidents and respond to any suspicious activities or breaches
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, working with technical teams and vendors as needed
Implement identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC) models to enforce least privilege access
Automate IAM processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, best practices, and industry standards to recommend improvements and enhancements
Document IAM configurations, policies, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes
Assist in defining and maintaining IAM-related policies, standards, and guidelines
Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT teams on IAM tools and processes
Participate in IAM-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices
Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar
Familiarity with authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
Understanding of RBAC, identity governance, and access control models
Strong understanding of security principles and access management in a corporate environment
Experience with scripting and automation for IAM workflows is a plus
Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and their integration with on-premises systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex IAM challenges
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
