Job Description
UG, Preferably MBA Finance & Marketing fresher having passion to learn and help students, working and business professionals personal finance planning, tax saving and fulfill their best fit investment needs with our products, education and advisory services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate prospects/leads through references and networking for various Insurance Products, Mutual Funds and Other Tax Saving and Investment Products by hunting, networking, navigating through companies and institutions.
2. Organize, conduct awareness workshops one to one and one to many for aspiring job seekers, students, finance professionals, advisors from final year UG/PG B-Schools, Colleges & University Batches.
3. Enhance personal marketing skills by knowing latest industry trends, keeping tab on continuous product & services updates.
4. Learning & preparing advance level power point presentations, excel and word docs.
5. Build success methods, techniques and tools of adopting market relevant digital marketing and social media presence and promotion for generating business prospects and business to company.
6. Inculcate highest level of honesty, integrity, professionalism, maturity, advocacy, client service and retention culture.
7. Plan and achieve new client acquisition targets month on month basis.
Initial 1 year internship - attractive performance incentives will be paid.
2-3 years - promoted to attractive fixed pay salary structure plus performance incentives.
4th or 5th year onwards - ESOPs, possible stake in company based on individual contribution, work ethics & passion to deliver & grow, build & lead - team, territory and business vertical.
