Fullstack Developer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of proven expertise
in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong backend
development skills with Django and frontend proficiency using modern JavaScript
frameworks such as React or Angular, along with TypeScript using CSS frameworks such as

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable web applications
using Django for the backend and React or Angular for the frontend.
● Architect efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end systems using modern JavaScript
frameworks and TypeScript.
● Build, integrate, and maintain GraphQL resolvers, ensuring seamless interaction
between frontend and backend systems.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and
developers) to deliver high-quality, impactful features.
● Optimise and manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to ensure fast, scalable, and
reliable data access.
● Ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across devices with
modern, maintainable code with an emphasis on TTD.
● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, and lead efforts to optimise
application performance.
● Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous
improvement and team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
● Backend: Expertise in Python and Django, with 5+ years of practical experience in
web application development.
● Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular)
and a deep understanding of TypeScript.
● Proficiency in architecting relational DB schemas as well as managing and optimising
● Extensive experience in building GraphQL resolvers and RESTful APIs.
● Experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior team members.
● Ability to deliver responsive designs that are both functional and visually appealing
using Tailwind/Bootstrap.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for application deployment and
scaling.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
● Knowledge of Agile development practices and methodologies.
● Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Bootstrap for crafting responsive,
accessible user interfaces.
