Responsibilities:

• For the position of PRT SST, it is essential to gather learning materials, resources, and prepare lesson plans to ensure effective teaching. As a PRT SST educator, you will be responsible for setting and achieving curriculum objectives, analyzing students strengths and weaknesses, and reviewing their progress regularly.
• Attending parents-teachers meetings and discussing the students growth is a crucial responsibility that comes with this role.
• Creating a classroom environment that fosters positive learning is also a key responsibility. You will need to ensure that students have access to appropriate learning aids and textbooks and accompany them on field trips.
• Participating in staff meetings, attending various training programs, and helping students prepare for debates or any other extra-curricular activities are other responsibilities that come with this position. Keeping accurate records of students grades, assigning them projects and other internal assessment activities, and staying up-to-date with current events and happenings are also important tasks for this role.
