Who youll work with
As a Project Coordinator at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project documentation, schedules, and communication to facilitate timely and successful project delivery.
You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and other team members to ensure that all project activities are aligned with client objectives and project goals. Your role will involve coordinating various project tasks and providing administrative support to help the team achieve project milestones and deliverables.
What youll do
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project activities and supporting project managers in the execution of projects.
- Managing project documentation, schedules, and communication.
- Assisting with project planning and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with team members to address project issues and facilitate smooth execution.
- Providing administrative support and ensuring that all project tasks are completed as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
