Evaluating patients' abilities to perform daily activities, including self-care, work, and leisure activities Developing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities Teaching patients new techniques and strategies to help them overcome physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges Evaluating and modifying treatment plans as needed based on patients' progress Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients Educating patients and their families on how to use adaptive equipment, to improve daily function.
