Role & responsibilities

• To manage hostel operations effectively and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents in hostel.
• Address and resolve grievances or conflicts among residents in a prompt and fair manner.
• Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the hostel premises in coordination with the housekeeping agency.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents, implementing necessary measures to address emergencies effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and other relevant details of hostel residents.
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Oversee and ensure timely completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of experience in managing hostel operations, including handling discipline, safety, and resident well-being.
• Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Social Work, or a relevant field in hospital.
