Shanti Home is looking for Resident Doctor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Examining patients and performing diagnostic tests to diagnose medical conditions
- Prescribing medications and treatments to manage and treat illnesses and injuries
- Developing and implementing patient care plans to improve patient health
- Providing preventive care and health education to patients
- Referring patients to specialists for further testing and treatment as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, to coordinate patient care
- Keeping detailed and accurate medical records for each patient
- Educating patients and their families about on the health issues and treatment options
