Purchase Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that materials are available as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and handle logistics issues if they arise.
• Monitor and update the procurement system with order details and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality control, etc.) to ensure material quality and availability.
• Input, update, and maintain procurement-related data, such as supplier details, material lists, and price quotes in Excel
• Enter and update procurement data in the SAP system, including material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor details, and delivery schedules

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Pharm or B. Sc
• Strong knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUM, AVERAGE, SUMIF, etc.)
