Role & responsibilities
1. Incumbent should be able to coordinate the Talent acquisition, Management from coordination of requirements through job portals, social networking sites and references.
2. Ability to maintain active database of the resume viz Sales, Sales Coordination, Marketing & other requirements of SHPL from time to time.
3. Incumbent must be able to handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation details to be informed to payroll.
4. Incumbent should be able to maintain talent management tracker on the offer, joined, and TAT for the Talent Acquisition.
5. Ability to handle the travel coordination & follow up on pending payments for the Interview Reimbursement & Managing needs for the HR Team.
6. Coordination of interviews lined up with HO & Regions for SHPL from time to time.
7. Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required.
8. Able to maintain the SHPL Referral Reward Schemes documentation & follow up on the payments as per policy.
9. Able to coordinate and deal with Administration for arrangements like Stationery for training programmes, travel reimbursements to candidates and clearing the invoices due for payment and follow-up for payments etc.
