Responsible for developing comprehensive dvp test plans for functional, thermal, performance, and environmental validation, individuals should be knowledgeable about different test standards for ev powertrain
Perform fmea (failure mode and its effect analysis) and wca (worst case analysis) analysis.
Knowledge of powertrain components, powertrain testing, each component level working in power train
Review and improve existing validation techniques, test methods, and processes with a focus on automation to avoid redundancy and achieve better throughput.

Support product development team to release product to manufacturing and meet quality volume goals.
Train technical support staff and visit to customer for service
Plan and support sub-system and system design verification testing
Analyze the field issues and regularly and propose the solutions to solve them with the coordination and prodcution and other randd teams
