Job Description
SHAHLON INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. is looking for WEAVING SUPERVISOR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Managing and supervising a team of weavers to ensure the production process runs smoothly and meets production targets
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of the woven products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
- Ensuring the weaving machinery is maintained and serviced on a regular basis to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime
- Planning and scheduling production runs to meet delivery deadlines and customer demand
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems that arise during the production process and implementing solutions to minimize delays and downtime
- Ensuring that safety procedures and protocols are followed to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries
- Communicating with other departments, such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow
- Strong leadership and management skills, as well as technical knowledge of the weaving process and machinery
