Position: Medical Officer

Location: Kolar, Karnataka

Experience: 2 To 7 years of experience as a Medical Officer.

• Relevant experience in the Occupational Health Center will be preferred.

Qualification: MBBS from a recognized Institute by Medical Council of India.

ReponsResponsibilitiesibilities

• To provide treatment for the ailing Associates
• To prescribe appropriate medicine to the patients.
• To provide first aid to the Associates in any emergency and accompany the patient the hospitals for further treatment
• To conduct in - house health awareness programs for the Associates.
• To conduct regular health check up for creche children and record the same in their health records.
• To conduct medical examinations of new joiners.
• To report to Incharge regarding the happenings in the dispensary.
• To assist HR team in the Medical camps/Blood Donation camps organized.
• To organize health awareness programs for the Associates.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the dispensary.
• To procure medicines for the dispensary for the treatment of common health problems, through the purchase department.
• To guide the Nurses in the dispensary in carrying ouy their routine tasks.

Required skills:

• Good Interpersonal skills and Communication skills and service mentality.
• Willingness to work with diversified groups of employees including staff and non-staff categories
